Losing a loved one is already one of life's most difficult moments. Families should not have to struggle between honoring their faith and managing overwhelming burial expenses.
Our mission is to remove financial and systemic barriers so every Muslim family has access to a respectful, Sunnah-compliant burial experience with dignity and care.
Affordable Islamic Cemetery is a community-led initiative focused on building a peaceful, well-maintained, and faith-centered resting place for generations to come. Through the support of our community, we aim to provide burial plots, Ghusl & Kafan facilities, a Janazah hall, and grief support services.

1. What will be the cost of each burial plot?
Each plot will be available at a flat rate of $5,000.00.
2. Will AIC-Affordable Islamic Cemetery offer family burial plots option?
Yes — family plots will be offered at $5,000.00 each. Minimum purchase: five plots.
3. What will be the cost of funeral services (Funeral Director, transportation, Ghusl & Kafan, grave digging and burial)?
To be determined.
4. Is my donation eligible for Sadaqah Jariyah?
Yes — 100% of donations are eligible for Sadaqah Jariyah.
5. Is my donation tax-deductible?
Yes. AIC–Affordable Islamic Cemetery is a registered 501(c)(13) non-profit. Your donations are tax-deductible.
6. How is my donation used?
100% of donations go directly to land acquisition, construction, and operation of facilities for the AIC Cemetery.
7. How can I contribute without donating?
There are many ways to volunteer. Please check the volunteer section above, or join our team.
8. How does the Umrah Giveaway work?
Anyone who donates and/or shares this fundraising campaign with friends, family, or on social media will be entered into the draw. The winner will be selected during December 2027. More details will be provided to the winner via email.
9. Can I dedicate my donation to a loved one?
Yes.
